This is one of the most incredible grand complication watches from Patek. It combines minute repeater and a perpetual calendar onto one. The retrograde feature of the calendar is stunning on the dial.

Only one minus for all the people out there, who like to keep their pieces in the box: this box is rather small and basic (makes sense though since the overall price is affordable). Customer Service answered instantly.
